Travel is my passion. My love for it started many years ago and I work to pass the time until my next getaway. I like getting out on the open road or seas to meet new people and experience different cultures. When I find a place I like, I tend to go back several times because I believe that you can't get the the full experience with just one visit; hence why I've been to Gatlinburg, TN five times. I like weekend getaways just a much as weeklong vacations. Oh, I also like stay-cations too! For me, a thunderstorm and a good book are all I need sometimes. I do wonder why people don't take advantage of their own area because you can just about find a gem anywhere if you know where to look or who to ask. As I become older; don't let the face fool you, and wiser, I have come to realize how affordable most travel can be if you have the right travel agent (Ah-hem...Me!!) and plan accordingly.
