Hi, I’m Sam, a travel adviser specializing in creating safe, exciting, and personalized travel experiences for LGBTQ+ travelers, athletes, and their families. As a professional athlete on the Women’s National Street Luge Team, I know firsthand what it’s like to travel internationally for competitions, training, and events. I’ve experienced the unique challenges that come with traveling as an athlete-from coordinating schedules and accommodations to navigating unfamiliar destinations and making sure every detail is taken care of so you can focus on your goals. My experiences have also given me a deep appreciation for the importance of feeling safe and welcome while traveling, especially for women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Where you stay, how you get around, and how a destination treats LGBTQ+ travelers can make a huge difference in the overall travel experience. The first internet search for LGBTQ+ travelers is usually "safe countries for LGBTQ people" or "is same-sex marriage legal in ___ country?" That’s why I take a thoughtful, personalized approach to every trip I plan.
