Art continues to be a favored hobby of mine. I discovered my fondness of painting through studying anatomy and physiology in college. As a true procrastinator, I found myself doodling anatomical structures, (perfecting my sketches for no particular reason) rather than studying through my notecards. This helped me memorize whatever it was I was studying at the time. Sketches turned into paintings. Paintings turned into more paintings…a lot more paintings. My passion for art really took off while studying abroad in Australia. I found myself wanderlust, eager to plan one journey after the next. Personally, travel and art are a balanced passion. I want to encourage others to travel whenever possible. Afterall, life is short and should be lived to the fullest!
